Security & Fraud Protection
We've built multiple layers of protection into every order — from the moment you enter your card to the day your prints arrive. Here's exactly what's protecting you.
How We Protect Your Payment
Stripe-Secured Payments
Every payment is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number is tokenized the instant you type it — it never touches our servers in raw form, and we never store it.
Automatic Fraud Screening
Stripe Radar scans every transaction in real time for fraud signals — card testing, stolen cards, velocity attacks, and suspicious geographic patterns — before a payment is ever captured. High-risk charges are blocked automatically.
256-Bit Encryption
All data transmitted between your browser and our systems is encrypted with 256-bit TLS — the same standard used by major banks and financial institutions.
Bot & Abuse Protection
Cloudflare Turnstile verifies that checkout and account forms are submitted by real people, not bots. It runs silently in the background — no frustrating puzzles to solve.
Row-Level Data Isolation
Your account data is isolated at the database level. You can only ever see your own orders, addresses, and payment methods — never another customer's, even by accident.
Rate Limiting
Form submissions are rate-limited server-side to prevent automated abuse, credential stuffing, and brute-force attacks on your account.
What We Never Do
- ✗Store your raw credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers
- ✗Share your payment or contact information with third-party marketers
- ✗Allow one customer's account to access another customer's data
- ✗Process a payment without first screening it for fraud

Security Questions, Answered
Do you store my credit card number?▾
No. When you enter your card, it goes directly to Stripe, which tokenizes and vaults it. We receive only a secure token — never the raw number, CVV, or full details. Even we can't see your full card number.
What happens if a fraudulent charge is attempted?▾
Stripe Radar evaluates every charge against a global fraud network. If a transaction is flagged as high-risk, it's blocked before it can be captured. If a chargeback does occur, Stripe's built-in dispute tools help us investigate and respond.
Can I save my card for faster checkout?▾
Yes — and it's just as secure. Saved cards are stored by Stripe on their Customer object, not on our servers. You can add, set a default, or remove saved payment methods anytime from the Billing tab in your account.
How do you protect my account from being hacked?▾
Account access requires email and password authentication. Login, signup, and checkout are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile (bot detection) and server-side rate limiting. Your data is isolated by row-level security so no other customer can access it.
